Tyax Lodge and Heli Skiing
It can sometimes be challenging to find a heli skiing operator that’s large enough to ooze reputation, but authentic enough that the experience doesn't resonate a negative corporate culture. Some large operators load skiers by the dozen into bigger helicopters. Other times 3-4 groups of (4) skiers share an A-Star and rotate lifts. This reality is all part of the business of running a successful, profitable heli skiing operation.
These scenarios may result in a commercialized feel that subtracts from the overall enjoyment.
Tyax Lodge and Heli Skiing intentionally operate differently. They offer exclusive helicopter use for all groups, so you’ll never be stuck waiting for your heli-taxi! Additionally, their commitment to unlimited vertical means that you’re skiing will never be capped. Few operators in British Columbia and around the world offer such a wholesome adventure. When you’re looking for the utmost value, the Tyax Heli Ski Lodge is the operator you’ll certainly want to consider.
