It doesn’t get any easier than the transportation arranged at CMH Nomads. Whereas other destinations require a long drive from the airport on top of a helicopter transfer, Nomads sends a private helicopter straight to the airport to pick you up. After arriving at Kelowna International Airport, your private lift will whisk you an hour away to the Revelstoke’s helipad, where you’ll then take a short 3-minute drive to the private lodge.
This royal experience removes all the inconvenience of long extended travel that’s found with many CMH locations. Simply book your airfare, arrive, and they’ll do the rest.
It doesn’t get more relaxing than the lodge at CMH Nomads. With only 8 private guest rooms, you and your fellow friends will truly have the run of the place. There’s nothing quite like having an entire lodge reserved for oneself, complete with fine dining entrees prepared by a trained chef. In addition to the mouth-watering meals, Nomads is hallmarked by:
- Indoor swimming pool and hot tub
- Stone fireplace surrounded by a common lounge area

- Direct access to Revelstoke
Down days are rare at Nomads because of the large selection of terrain found here, but if it does happen you won’t be confined to the walls of the CMH heli skiing lodge. CMH doesn’t provide cat-skiing itself, but there are cat skiing operators in the Revelstoke area that would be more than happy to accommodate your group. Or enjoy some beautifully groomed piste runs at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, topped off with some après ski out in the historic downtown.
At Nomads, you truly have complete freedom over where you want to ski. This location combines the best of multiple CMH destinations. You’ll have access to the pristine tree skiing found in the Selkirks, the mountainous amounts of powder found in the Monashees, or the steep alpine found in the Purcells. Feel free to intentionally select challenging lines, or just simply follow where the snow is best.
You only have to ski where your group wants to. If you’d prefer a mellow and gentle open bowl run, just ask. Craving something more adrenalizing? CMH can make that happen too. Nomads is designed to meet the exact needs and skiing difficulty levels of your small, private group.
At Nomads, the ball is always in your court. This location only offers one single package: Private and Exclusive. You and 3 other skiers will be accompanied by 2 guides the entire time, giving you personal one-on-one advice and instruction that’ll propel your skiing to the next level. You’ll have a complete choice of where you want to ski, and the Bell 212 or Bell 407 helicopter will bring you exactly where you need to be.
Vertical guarantee is included on these 4 or 5-day trips. If you don’t ski the amount CMH promised, you’re entitled to money back for every 1,000 meters not skied. This can be applied directly as a refund or used to purchase additional flight time and trips.

CMH Nomads is unlike any of the other eleven CMH locations. It's custom. Start with the heli lift from the Kelowna airport to "Reve" - absolutely unnecessary for heli skiing in Revelstoke, but built in to the Nomads package! That tells you everything you need to know to focus in or filter out this location.
I've driven from the airport to Reve, and I've taken the Stoke Shuttle a couple times. It's a "relatively unimpressive" drive, so if you can spare the change, take the helicopter!
