Eagle Pass’s tenure is designed specifically for small-group heli skiing. With a small skier-to-guide ratio, your group will be able to venture into more challenging, consequential terrain where the room for error is smaller. However, this danger is what contributes to exhilaration. This operator’s terrain spans 390,000 acres in the heart of the Monashees, a mountain range notorious for its large quantities of blower snow. In fact, this region can receive anywhere between 40 and 60 feet each year.
The longest run at Eagle Pass Heliskiing is longer than a top to bottom run at Whistler-Blackcomb, so there’s no question as to the level of entertainment you’ll receive. The small group focus also allows this operator to charge hard, stacking up runs more quickly than other operators.
Above all else, tree skiing prevails. The glades available in the Monashees are second to none, consistently pitched, and endless. Skiing amongst century-old trees is an awe-inducing experience – that is if you even have time to absorb the serenity of the wilderness when you’re bombing it with fellow skiers.
Eagle Pass Heliskiing is not for the faint of heart. This operator requires advanced and expert-level skiing abilities. Previous experience with heliskiing, cat skiing, or backcountry skiing is an absolute must, along with the ability to ski fast in knee-deep powder. This is why film crews like Vans, TransWorld Snowboarding, and Redbull have used this tenure to score epic shots.
Eagle Pass has a variety of packages that are right for both individual travelers and groups of friends. As mentioned, the priority is on small-group excursions. You’ll never share the B2 A-Star helicopter with more than 3 other skiers and 1 guide, so you’re guaranteed a personalized experience that’s in tune with your skiing needs. In addition, a gourmet on-mountain lunch is included with every package.
Although down days are rare, they do happen occasionally. In this case, your best option is to go ski or ride at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, as Eagle Pass doesn’t provide optional activities like cat skiing.
Packages offered include:
- Day Heli: A perfect addition to a larger trip to Revelstoke, single day heliskiing adventures shoot for 8 runs, with 6 being guaranteed. You’ll share a helicopter with 3 other groups, meaning you’ll occasionally need to wait for the helicopter to arrive.

- Private Packages: This package can accommodate any group size, with all members sharing one helicopter. You’ll be provided with complete customization and the ability to explore deeper in Eagle Pass Heliskiing’s tenure. Pricing is entirely variable based on the group size and how long you’ll want to stay for.
